EGG & SPINACH CURRY




Ingredients:

6 Boiled eggs
½ onion finely chopped
1 Tspn ginger garlic paste
½ cup tomato paste
1 bunch spinach
2 Tbspn butter or Oil
Salt to taste
2 Tbspn Milk cream

Make a powder with the following ingredients:
5 Kashmiri chili’s, 1 Tbspn coriander seeds, ½ Tspn cumin seeds, 12 cashew nuts, ¼ Tspn turmeric powder, 1 small pc of cinnamon stick, 1 whole cardamom, 1 petal anise & ¼ Tspn of badishep

Method:
In a vessel, pour oil or butter and fry the onions until they turn soft. Add the ginger garlic paste and fry for ½ minute.
Add the prepared powder and fry well. At this stage, add the tomato paste and mix well.
Add ½ bunch of spinach finely chopped. The other half of the spinach bunch should be ground to a fine paste and added to the vessel to form a thick gravy.
Add salt and a bit of sugar (optional). Add the boiled eggs and cook for a while. Finally add the milk cream.
It is now ready to serve.
