Ingredients:
½ kg- Lady Finger
1 onion thinly sliced
4 flakes Garlic
1 or 2 Green chili
1 Sprig Curry leaves
2 pcs of Hog Plums
1 Tspn Mustard seeds
2 Tbspn Oil
3 Tbspn freshly grated coconut
Salt to taste
Method:
In Oil, splutter mustard seeds, fry onions, garlic, curry leaves & green chili’s.
When the onions turn slightly brown, add Lady finger+Hog plums & salt.
You may add some water & cook. When it is almost done, add the grated coconut and cook for another minute
