MEAT BALL STEW CURRY





Powder the foll ingredients and keep aside
3 Tbspn- Pepper corns
1 Tbspn- Cumin seeds
½ Tspn- Turmeric Powder
2-3pcs- Cinnamon
5pcs- Cloves
2-3 petals-star anise

Meat Ball recipe:
500gms- Meat Mince(any, well drained)
½ cup- Bread crumbs
½ Tspn- Pepper or green chili (or both)
½ Tspn- Ginger finely chopped
½ Tspn- Garlic finely chopped
1 Tbspn- Coriander finely chopped
1- Egg
Salt to Taste
Mix all this together very well and make ball shapes and keep aside.

Method:
In a pan, add 2 Tbspn oil, fry 1 big onion finely chopped, ½ Tspn ginger garlic paste, 6pcs of baby potatoes cut into half. 1 medium tomato finely chopped. Add 1 cup water (or potatoes should be soaked) Cook for a while. Now add 1 cup coconut milk(not very thick, should be thin). When curry boils, add the prepared powder( 2 Tbspn or more). When the potatoes are half cooked, add the meat balls(as per qty reqd) w/ salt as per your taste. Let cook until meat balls and potatoes are fully cooked. Add ½ cup thick coconut milk and cook for about a minute.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
