CHICKEN HARIYALI



Ingredients:

Chicken- 800gms w/bones
Yogurt- 1 cup thick
Coriander Leaves- 1 bunch
Mint leaves- 10- 15
Ginger- 1 small pc
Garlic- 4 to 5 flakes
Green Chili- 2 or more
Cinnamon stick- 1 small pc
Cloves- 2
Star Anise- 1 petal
Grind all above except the chicken to a fine paste and set aside

Method:
Marinate the chicken w/lemon and salt for 15 mnts to ½ hr and drain the water.
Now add the grounded paste to the chicken and marinate for minm 1 to 2 hrs.
You may bake this chicken @ 375F until it completely dries (meaning the gravy completely absorbs the chicken)
You may also cook it in a heavy bottom vessel till it dries.
Garnish with raw onions, ginger julienne and coriander leaves
