Abt 15 mushrooms cut into 4 pcs. 1/2 Green Bell pepper + 1/2 Red Bell Pepper. Marinate this in 1 cup yogurt, 1/2 tspc turmeric powder, 1/2 tspn chilli powder & 1 tbspn ginger garlic paste. Marinate at least 2 to 3 hrs.
In a vessel, add 2 tbspn ghee, fry 1 cup finely chopped onion until turns brown, add whole garam masala, 1/2 cup finely chopped methi leaves(or kasuri methi), 1/2 cup spring onion, 1 green chilli finely chopped,1 tspn cumin powder & fry for a while and now add the marinade and fry until oil separates and the gravy turns thick. Add freshly grounded garam masala powder, salt to taste and a little water. Cover and cook for 2 mnts. Once the capsicum is cooked, add 1/4 cup of fresh thick cream and off the fire. Garnish with cashew nuts as seen
