1 big Onion finely chopped
4 Garlic flakes finely chopped
1 inch Ginger finely chopped
1 Tbspn Coriander leaves finely chopped
1 or 2 green chili's finely chopped
All above fry in oil and add 1 tspn of Chili salt paste*
Method:
1. When the fried mixture turns cool, stuff with the above masala & shallow fry
