Brown sugar: 50ml
Worcestershire sauce: 50ml
Soya sauce: 50ml
Tomato Ketchup: 50ml
Hot Chili Sauce: 2 Tspn
Freshly crushed pepper corns: 2 Tspn
Mustard freshly crushed: ½ Tspn
Garlic crushed: 4 flakes
Mix all the above well and marinate for minimum 4 to 5 hrs.
Bake @400F or till done. It took us about an hr.
If you see it drying, pour about a cup (or as desired) of meat broth in the tray to keep it moist.
