BAKED STUFFED CHICKEN




Ingredients:

Soya Sauce: 1 Tbspn
Worchester Sauce- 50 ml
Tomato Sauce- 50ml
1 Tspn Red Chili powder( if Kashmiri- 2 tspn)
Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 Tspn
Crushed Pepper- ½ Tspn
Rosemary- ½ Tspn

Method:

Mix all this well in a bowl. Prick the chicken with a fork and apply this mix.
Marinate for about 4 to 6 hrs

For Stuffing:

It's upto you’re choice

1. What we did is, in oil, fry onions, ginger, garlic and all the vegetables such as carrot/mushrooms/Celery sticks/Green peas.
2. Add Stove Top (stuffing mix from Kraft brand) & crushed pepper.
3. When they turn cool, stuff this in the chicken and bake @375F till it is cooked
