Greenpeas Paneer Curry (MATTUR PANEER)



In a vessel, add butter or oil, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 ½ tspn ginger garlic paste, ½ tspn cumin seeds, 2pcs cinnamon sticks, 1 crushed cardamom. Add this powder- (2kasmiri chili, 1 ½ tspn coriander seeds) & 2 tomatoes. Add little food colour. 1 ½ cups of green peas ( frozen). Mix well & add ½ cup hot water(depends how thick you need the gravy to be). Add salt to taste. 1 ½ tspn sugar. Now add 1 cup fried cubed paneer. Add ¼ cup milk cream*. Add 2tspn kasuri methi. Gently mix & cook for a mnt.
*Instead of milk cream, you may add 2 to 3 tspn mix corn powder in ¼ cup water.

Nan:
1 big well ripe banana(or 2 smaller). 4tspn sugar, ½ tspn cumin seeds, ½ tspn salt. 1/2tspn baking soda. 3 to 4 tbspn yogurt. 1 ½ cups atta(wheat flour). Knead all this together & make a dough. Cover and leave it 4 to 5 hrs. You will see the dough rise up. Now make 8 portions of this & roll into desired shape & fry w/butter.
