PAN POLE





2 cups basmathi Rice( India Gate), salt to taste, Coconut milk ( half cup)+ water. Grind all this to a very fine batter. It has to be thinner than the normal dosa batter. When you pour on to the pan, it should nicely spread.
Fill it w/Jaggery, Coconut and Cardamom.
