EGG MALAI METHI



Ingredients:
6 boiled eggs
½ cup yogurt
½ cup milk cream
½ Tspn turmeric powder
1 Tsp ginger garlic(g/g) paste
1 midium size onion finely chopped
½ cup methi leaves finely chopped
¼ cup spring onion finely chopped
2 green chilies finely chopped
2 Tspn coriander seeds freshly crushed
½ Tspn pepper corns freshly crushed
2 whole cardamoms (crush little bit) , 2 pc small cinnamon sticks , 2-3 cloves, 1-2 petals anise
Oil/ghee/butter, salt to taste.

Method:
Make cuts on the Eggs. In a bowl, mix yogurt, g/g paste, turmeric powder and salt & mix well. Now add the eggs & marinate this for 1hr.
In ghee, oil or butter, fry whole garam masala, add onions when it turns translucent, add green chilis, spring onion and methi leaves & fry for 2mnts, add coriander and pepper powder and fry another 1mnt. Now add marinated eggs & mix everything together, add some water if necessary, add salt & cook for 3mnts.
Finally add the milk cream, cook till it starts to boil & turn off the fire.
Garnish with crushed cashew nuts(optional).
Serve with rice or roti’s
