WHEAT PAYASAM



Ingredients:
Broken Wheat- ½ cup
Ghee- 2 Tbspns
Raisins- 2 Tbspns
Coconut chips-2 Tbspns
Jaggery- 1 ½ cup or as per ur taste
Cardamom (powder)- 4 to 5 pods
Coconut Milk- 1 Thick & 1 Thin cup each

Method:
Boil the broken wheat in 3 cups of water, till it turns very soft. Add jaggery & thin coconut milk and stir till completely dissolved. When boiled, add cardamom powder and the thick coconut milk. When it starts boiling, turn off the fire.
In a separate pan, heat ghee and add cashew nuts, Coconut chips & raisins & pour onto the payasam
