Remove the inside soft part of the Bottle Gourd(BG) and either grate or slize the outer flesh into very small pcs abt 1/2 of a feet long BG and keep them aside for 10 mnts n a strainer adding salt. Boil potato- 2pcs mash and keep them ready @ room temp. In a vessel, add 1 tbspn oil, chopped shallots (4pcs), green chili's(2 to 3 pcs) & 1" ginger. Saute them , add the drained BG
