COORG PORK




Fry & powder the following and set aside
2 ½ Tbspn Coriander seeds
2 Tspn Jeera(cumin)
1 Tspn Mustard Seeds
8 to 10 pcs of Kashmiri Red Chili

Grind w/ water and a make a paste of the following and set aside
12 Garlic flakes
2 big onion
2 to 4 green chili
1 bunch of Coriander Leaves

Method:
In oil (2Tbspn), fry the wet masala till the oil separates.
Add the pork (1.5Kg cut into 2x2inch size) and fry for 2 mnts
Add the grounded powder along with ½ Tspn turmeric powder
Mix well w/the water used to rinse the grinder
Add salt to taste along w/ 1 Maggy stock cube
Cook till the meat is done
Add 50 ml Balsamic vinegar
