FRENCH BEANS



Splutter Mustard in oil and fry moong dal, 1/2 sliced onion. When onion turns brownish, add garlic and curry leaves. Add beans with 1/2 tomato and mix well with the tempering for a minute. Add sufficient water to cook the beans. Add salt and cook till beans are soft. Add Sambhar powder and a small pcs of Jaggery( optional) and grated coconut & cook for another 2 mnts
