PINEAPPLE & STRAWBERRY SHEERA



Ingredients:
1 cup fine semolina/sooji
1 cup sugar
2 cups milk or milk+water
3 Tbspn Ghee
3-cardamom pods powdered
1 Tbspn raisins
7 pcs of cashews or almonds,
4 Strawberry's diced
½ cup Pineapple's diced
Saffron strands few soaked in 1 Tbspn hot milk.


Method:
Fry nuts/raisins in 3 Tbspns of ghee, add Semolina and fry for 6 to 8 mnts. Add the milk, which should be boiling hot.
Add sugar and make sure there are no lumps. Add fruits/cardamom powder/saffron & mix everything well.
Serve. It can also be spread on a buttered plate and cut into pieces, when cold
